    OK maybe I won't be adding to the wiki, I didn't know you had to have special privileges for adding pages to it. If anyone with privileges wants to add it, I have it in ReST format already if you want to put it up, or alternatively, if someone can tell me how to get these privileges, I'll put it up.

    Edit: I still don't know why I was getting that error, but it saved it anyway.

    This HOWTO made my night. Ive gotten so many obscure things working in Linux, and this always eluded me in Slackware. I copied and pasted my way to victory. Thanks so much.

    You have to enable universe. There's a thread in the how-to forum about how to do this.

    Alright here is something I haven't been able to do. Get my MX-510 forward / back buttons to work with firefox. It's simply not working even after IMwheel. Roar?

    did you do all the steps? Editing the config, the xmodmap, imwheel, all of it?

    It might use a different mapping, I dunno.
